NEW LOCATION FOR BOARD MEETINGS

The Gila Springs Homeowners Association Board of Director meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month. Please note that the Gila Springs Homeowners Association Board meeting are now held in a new location, Reflections Apartments in the clubhouse 411 N. Kyrene Blvd., 5:30 p.m.

Our beautiful fountain is our signature. Roof Rats

It has been reported to management that there have been incidents of roof rats in Gila Springs. We have been told that the best defense is to not leave any fallen fruit or pet food outside your home and that if you see them on your property to use a large rat trap baited with peanut scented bird suet to trap and remove them.
