Jayne Burgess called the meeting to order at 5:31 P.M

Approval of Minutes
The October 22, 2007 meeting minutes meeting minutes were approved as amended. Financial Statements

The October 2007 financial statement was reviewed and approved, subject to the normal year-end CPA review.

Architectural Committee
Management reported that there were only a few minor submittals approved this month.

Landscape Liaison
Alvin reported that he did not meet with Jack and Dave this month as there was really no need. Jack and Dave are working together nicely, Jack will begin moving and changing out sprinkler heads.

Old Business
Due to the lack of response to management from the City of Chandler with respect to the center beds on Chandler and Gila Springs Blvd. and Jayne’s connection and involvement with some of the City council members Jayne will send an email to try and get some answers on the status of this project. Management will email Jayne a summary of what has taken place so far.

New Business
Management presented a proposal to the board from Walker Painting to repair and paint the walkthrough areas at Pineridge as they were not done when all of the other areas were done a few years back. The Board duly approved this proposal in the amount of $6.990.00 to be taken out of reserves.

Jack explained the problems that we have been experiencing with flat headed wood boars that have been detrimental to some of our pine trees in the community. Management will work with Jack and send out a letter to any sub-association with pine trees advising them of this issue and what to look for.
