PARK REGULATIONS

The parks at Gila Springs are private property. They are owned and maintained by the Homeowners Association. They are for the exclusive use by members of the Homeowners Association only. No public access is allowed.

Park hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Dogs must be leashed at all times. This is also a Chandler City Ordinance. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Motorized vehicles, including gopeds and scooters, are prohibited.

Loud music and loud or offensive behavior is prohibited. These may be construed by the City of Chandler Police Department as "disturbing the peace" and you may be ticketed or, possibly, arrested.

Do not feed the ducks. Feeding the ducks leads to overpopulation and the death of many of the animals.

Swimming is not allowed, by people or pets.

Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.

Due to the close proximity of homes, golfing is not allowed.

Operation of gas powered remote control planes and boats is prohibited.
